A STEP BACKWARDS FOR IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT

Thanks to one Oklahoma judge, illegal immigration enforcement has taken a step in the wrong direction. Since November 2007, illegal immigrants in Oklahoma cannot receive taxpayer-supported services and it is illegal to transport or harbor illegal immigrants. But U.S. District Judge Robin J. Cauthron has decided that parts of the law that are to go into effect July 1st are “probably unconstitutional.”

And that is almost as surprising as hearing OU President David Boren and Governor Brad Henry actually endorse Barack Hussein Obama! I realize they are Democrats, but they have, in the past, expressed a certain sampling of conservatism and concern for American Liberty. You can forget that now, and you can forget everything good I ever said about them…
